How can the For Every Home corporate office help you as a Consultant?

First of, For Every Home provides you with an innovative product. We are constantly scouring market and fashion trends to bring you the most up to date and innovative products available. We have a unique new product called Nectar that fragrances rooms faster and longer. We have a wide variety of fragrances for cubes and candles. We have innovative Dual Purpose Warmers that do not require a light bulb change and will never burn out. We also have a line of Odor Absorbing Molecule (OAM) products that can get rid of any odor and leave your room smelling fresh.

Speaking of keeping our products at the forefront of the market, we also provide monthly Autoships that feature products not available in our catalog. The Autoships are fashion forward and unique every month.

On top of having great products for you to sell, the corporate office also provides their Consultants with many tools to help you become successful. Some of the helps that we have for you include instructional and product videos, multiple social media outlets, discussion boards and monthly incentives for you as a consultant, for your hosts and also for recruits. All of these helps are available online, all day, every day.

One of these helps that I want to focus in on is the discussion boards. This is a tool provided by the Home Office that has been around for a long time, but one that has not been heavily used. The discussion boards are a great way to get answers to your questions and also a great place to share and find ideas that have helped you succeed. One of the great features of the discussion board is that it is for Consultants only. This way you can get answers not only from the corporate staff, but also from other Consultants who may have experience with the problem you are having. They are very easy to get to and very easy to use. On the main Gateway page at the bottom, there is a button that will take you directly to the board.

Speaking of Recruiting

Today I happened across a blog that is all about direct selling, how cool is that!? What is even cooler is that she gives out tips on using social media in direct sales. There is so much great information on this blog that I think all of our consultants should have! The blog is written by Jennifer Fong http://www.jenfongspeaks.com/and here is the URL.

One recent blog entry was all about recruiting. She had a fantastic idea about who would make a good recruit. And it is 60 something’s who have recently been laid off. Think about it, they are still looking for some form of employment and have a hard time finding something because of their age. This is a great market to tap into. It will present them with an opportunity to make an income, but also to do so on their terms. Also think of how many people they have met in their lifetime that they can network market with. Perfect recruiting opportunity!

Another place to look for potential consultants is on college campuses. Students need an extra income, but most do not have the time available or schedule for a traditional job. They also have a large network of friends and teachers or professors that can become their customer base or even more consultants.

What about talking with employment agencies? They have people contacting them all day looking for employment options. Let your local agency know about your business opportunity so that they can help you pass on the word.
