I have always loved words! I know it sounds silly, but I would much rather pick up a book than turn on the TV. It amazes me the power words can have over people. There are some things that people say that stick with us forever. Who will ever forget the words, "I have a dream" or "Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country."
Over the past several weeks I have seen many people on Facebook sharing their favorite motivational quotes. I thought I would contribute some of my favorites that I have collected throughout the years and some of the ones that I have seen going around. Hopefully one of these will help motivate you to "be all that you can be"!
“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts."
- Winston Churchill
“Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful."

"Failures do what is tension relieving, while winners do what is goal achieving."
- Dennis Waitley
"Change and growth take place when a person has risked himself and dares to become involved with experimenting with his own life."
- Herbert Otto
"The greatest mistake you can make in life is to continually be afraid you will make one."
- Elbert Hubbard
"Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude."
- Thomas Jefferson
"Without hard work, nothing grows but weeds."
- Gordon B. Hinckley
If you have any quotes that have helped to motivate you, please comment and share! It could be the words that will help someone needing to hear them!
